One of the main reasons for tooth loss is periodontal disease. Periodontal disease can cause serious damage in tooth- supporting structures, which hold the teeth in place. Implantology and guided bone regeneration can solve this problem. This rehabilitation case was achieved with eight implants ,restored with bridges on implants and crowns on natural teeth all done with monolithic zirconia ceramics.
